喫煙部屋があって、部屋でタバコが吸えた。

ホテルは特に問題はないが、ホテルの周囲に何もない。ヒューストンのダウンタウン自体が、閑散としていて魅力がゼロ。

The second room was very comfortable and luxury. Good swimmingpool, rigorous security, Quick reception service.

The first room was unbeareable. The srvice shaft becides the sleepingroom was too laud during whole night - we could not sleep there. In the early morning the light (electricity) went out, we had to move to an other room (which was more luxory and so compensated the first night - but not for few sleeping).Anyway, the motorway nois was the big, as well. After mooving we almost couldn't got breakfast, because at 10 were sent away everyone by the service, and we were said that we should quicker finish the breakfast because was soon 10.

1- The location is excellent. 2- Staff are friendly 3- The status of cleaning is high.

1- The furniture needs to be renewed 2- reprogramming the system of the elevators to avoid crowded on rush time.

Nice hotel with great, friendly & helpfull staff. Reasonable price. 3mins walking distance to nice Citra Shopping Mall. Definitely will come again

Safety, comfort and convenient. And also good spread for breakfast which comes with the room package.

1. Free WiFi for rooms 2. More adaptors to be loaned out to the guests. The one we brought was not compatible so we couldn't charge our gadgets. Our fault really and it was unfortunate that the hotel had only limited pieces.

Overall, on behalf of my group (ie my youngest brother, my eldest sister with her two kids) that stayed for one night in this hotel, found the executive two-bedroom suite very convenient and comfortable for the 5 of us. We don't have to add extra bed or mattress. What a saving!!. We also found the breakfast very nice and delicious with some varieties to choose from. The Grand Tropic Suites also have good facilities like swimming pool and spa. However we do not have enough time to enjoy them.

The location is at West Jakarta. We thought that it's in Jakarta city centre. Imagine our tour guide has called GTS Hotel at 2pm to inform that we'll be late for check-in, about 7pm. Bcos we're still in Bandung. He was informed of the address/location by the person who answered the call. However at 7pm when we reached the address/location, it turns out he was given the wrong address/location. End up we sort of got lost in the traffic and only managed to check-in at 8.30pm!!. Luckily this GTS Hotel have some big shopping malls nearby!!. However we manage to go to Central Park only!!.

Recommended for tourist who wants complete facility in your room.

Lack of lifts in peak hours, customer has to wait too long before the lift get opened.

Furnitures are old and towels, bed sheets are old and dirty.

It's extremely family-oriented and close to airport.

The electricity at the room(2407)i was staying in tripped 3 times within 4 hours but technician was quick to rectify.

Good facilities, and privacy

Food at the restaurant were not up to standard.

Wonderful to have such a spacious and comfortable apartment at a good price. Felt like a home from home - perfect for working in, and for relaxation.

The location is a bit out of the town centre - so expect long taxi journeys to get to most places in the governemnt district / Menteng.

The design of rooms is suitable for groups and family, with kitchen aminities. Free Wi- fi at dfferent location. Wonderful sight at swimming pool. The price is reasonable. The location is strategic near shopping malls we like & some at walking distance ( Citraland, Central Park mall & taman angrik).

Although room service is available, but the linen and towels need to be replaced by new ones. Bed mattreses also can be changed for more comfort.

Convenient to shopping mall like taman anggerek, central park and 5mins walk to ciputra mall
